Lancaster Park Curling Club
Built in 1996 and opened for curling January of 1997 the club has 6 sheets of ice and offers some of the best ice conditions in the Edmonton area.
Upon opening the new facility the curlers moved from the Griesbach Curling Club into the new Lancaster Park Golf and Curling Club.
Host to a variety of military and civilian bonspiels the curling club becomes a very busy place for both curlers and non-curlers who wish to socialize with both new and old friends. We are always happy to welcome new members into our club.
Lancaster Park Curling Club now offers drop-in curling 2 times a week. Every Monday and Thursday you can register for drop-in curling at 9:00 and play starts at 09:30.
Drop-in curling is a great way to participate in curling if your schedule does not allow you to play in one of our fine leagues. Novices and seasoned veteran curlers are all welcome to come out and play.
All drop-in curling days cost just $5.00 per player and the curling rink has brooms and sliders if you don't have any curling equipment.
After your game the lounge will be open to serve you a frosty beverage to quench that thirst you work up while curling.
